  • Improve conversation accuracy
  • Qualify and route leads
  • Schedule appointments
  • Track performance

Data may also be used to enhance AI training privately within the client's system, not shared publicly.

3. Third-Party Data Processing

We use tools such as:

  • Twilio (voice/SMS processing)
  • Vapi (AI voice handling)
  • Make.com (automation)
  • Google Calendar (scheduling)
  • Cal.com (scheduling)
  • Email service providers

These providers may store, process, or transmit data on our behalf.

  • Data is stored digitally using secure cloud providers
  • Access is limited to authorized personnel only
  • We implement reasonable technical safeguards
  • No system is 100% secure and we do not guarantee complete data security

5. Data Retention

Call recordings, transcripts, and lead data are retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

Client may request deletion of call logs and transcripts.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data only with:

  • Third-party service providers needed to deliver services
  • Legal authorities when required by law

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Client Rights

Clients may request:

  • Access to data we hold
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of data, where legally permissible

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years old.

9. Changes to Policy
