1. Services Provided

AIpointment provides automation services including, but not limited to:

  • AI call answering and receptionist systems
  • Lead capture and qualification
  • SMS/email follow-up automation
  • CRM and calendar integration
  • Workflow design and implementation using third-party tools

AIpointment does not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, revenue increase, or business outcome.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate business information, hours, pricing, and instructions
  • Maintain access credentials (Twilio, Make, email inbox, CRM, etc.)
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner

Client remains solely responsible for following up with potential customers and closing deals.

3. Data Accuracy & Miscommunication

AI responses are trained based on data, scripts, and instructions provided by Client.

AIpointment is not liable for:

  • Incorrect information given by AI due to incomplete or inaccurate client data
  • Lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls/leads
  • Scheduling errors or double-bookings

4. Third-Party Services

AIpointment uses third-party platforms including Make, Vapi, Twilio, Google Calendar, email service providers, and other integrations.

Client understands:

  • These services have their own terms and pricing
  • Outages, limitations, or failures from third-party tools are not AIpointment liability

5. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension
  • Late payments may accrue additional charges

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice.

No refunds will be issued for partially used months.

Upon termination, AIpointment may immediately disable all automations.

7. Intellectual Property

AIpointment retains ownership over:

  • AI scripts
  • Prompts
  • Automation workflows
  • Internal tools and templates

Client retains ownership of their business data and contact lists.

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIpointment is not liable for:

  • Loss of income
  • Missed calls
  • Damages from AI errors
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount Client paid in the previous 30 days.

9. Confidentiality

AIpointment will not share or disclose client business information, call transcripts, lead data, or proprietary details except when required by law.

10. Modifications

AIpointment may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
